In Colombia, 40% of households rent — the highest rate in Latin America. The small agencies that manage those properties collect rent, deduct their commission, withhold taxes, and pay out to owners entirely by hand: bank transfers reconciled against spreadsheets, month after month.
Existing tools solve one half of the problem. Payment processors move money but know nothing about local tax rules. Vertical CRMs manage listings but don't touch collections. Nobody closes the loop.
